Challenger EENT/CC
An Adult Core
Curriculum Course in Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology
for Primary Care
Physicians
|
| e and CME for specific areas of
primary care... |
A 2005 study indicated
that timeliness of consultation,
incomplete differential diagnosis, and
lack of follow-up instruction are
common deficiencies observed in
ophthalmic practice. Similar
shortcomings are widespread in
office-based EENT presentations. With
the increased focus on evidence-based
medicine and standard of care, it is
more important than ever to ensure
your competency in these key areas.
With that said—Challenger EENT/CC,
the newest edition to our Core
Curriculum Series, provides
primary and acute care physicians with
the information they need on the
latest treatments and most current
standards of practice in ophthalmology
and otolaryngology.
|
| State-of-the-Art
Standard-of-Care Review |
Challenger EENT/CC
covers a variety of topics pertinent
to the practice of both ophthalmology
and otolaryngology, including eye
trauma, ocular dryness, vertigo, and
sinusitis. This course is the perfect
tool for physicians
who want to stay up with the EENT
standard of care. For example, you can
update your advice to patients
regarding UV protection,
or learn how to better utilize your
history and physical examination for
assessments and treatments of a
variety of conditions.
Challenger EENT/CC provides two
cutting-edge clinical lecture-based
overviews with over 300
high-resolution slide images, 8 AMA
Category 1 CME credits, and 43
interactive questions and answers to
reinforce today's key concepts and
practices. Each topic, with images,
didactic content, and associated
questions and answers, is authored by
prominent experts from
Harvard and Boston University.
