Family physicians now face new annual testing requirements
that they must satisfy to maintain their certification. Each
year, the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) identifies
two topics; family physicians are required to complete and pass
these topic-based tests as part of their Maintenance of
Certification (MOC). These new MOC tests are very challenging --
most physicians don't pass on their first attempt. And these MOC
tests are required in addition to periodic recertification
exams.
Challenger MOC is the gold standard review and
reference resource for family physicians preparing for the
Maintenance of Certification exam. The course provides over 50
Questions and Answers per topic specifically designed in scope
and difficulty to emulate the actual ABFM exams. Each case-based
question is supplemented with rich post-question explanations.
Plus, the MOC section provides additional imagery, tables, and
references relating to the ABFM topic areas -- making the course
a reliable review and reference resource in your daily practice
aside from preparing you for the ABFM exam. In addition, you can
earn 10 AMA Category 1 CME credits as you complete your review.
AND we guarantee you'll pass the test if you use our materials
to prepare!

Designed to Address Multiple Needs
The profession of family medicine is changing, and the
organizations that establish and maintain certification
requirements are making it ever tougher to stay in the game.
The annual Maintenance of Certification (MOC) test given each
spring is already known for its difficulty. MOC requires you
to devote precious hours of your time to ensure that you are
up-to-date on the standard of care for the prescribed clinical
categories, then take an online test where you must score at
least 80% to pass.
Challenger MOC is designed to meet two real and
pressing requirements for practicing family physicians:
- fulfill the annual learning and testing requirements for
Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
- provide a long-term, cost-effective source of
continually updated CME and reference material to ensure
your competency and credibility to your patients,
colleagues, and credentialing bodies
Your Maintenance of Certification Resource
Challenger MOC gives you complete and accurate
state-of-the-art clinical information in 4 chapters featuring
over 200 essential Q&As for Maintenance of Certification
review.
The program integrates cutting-edge clinical text, tables,
graphs, supporting references, and over 200 interactive,
case-focused questions and answers with instant remediation
feedback into one easy-to-use reference, review, and
self-assessment experience. All content is continually
reviewed and updated in conjunction with the prestigious
Family Medicine faculty at the University of Colorado Health
Sciences Center. Enhance your mastery of these subjects
through challenging assessment quizzes and also earn
up to 10 AMA Category 1 CME credits!

Practice, Review, Assess, and Score!
The Challenger review process is elegantly designed to promote
the highest level of retention possible. Questions are written
by clinical experts to emulate clinical examination standards
and to enhance knowledge of current best practices. Questions
are largely single answer, formatted to emulate boards
examination practices. Whether you are seeking to acquire
continuing medical education credits, preparing for an
examination, or reaffirming your knowledge, our review and
testing structure will help.
Our three step - Practice, Review, Assess - progression
incorporates a proven educational regime called programmed
learning. At the start of each topic chapter, three tabs
are displayed. Each tab's content is formatted for a specific
function and usage. You can toggle from tab to tab as you
wish, allowing for a more personalized flow of study.
The "Practice" tab - The test run. Answer each
question in a section and receive pop-up feedback and
remediation. Limited tries keep the session honest. Correct
and incorrect indicators appear next to your selected answers.
All answers are revealed when all tries are exhausted.
The "Review" tab - The study guide. The Review
section presents the questions in the order seen in the
Practice section, but with all answers and remediation
displayed. Once your review is finished, you may either
reenter the Practice section or proceed to the Assessment.
The "Assessment" - The scored test. One or more
assessments will be available for each topic. Questions seen
in the Practice view will display in random order. At the end
of each assessment your responses are scored, and a detailed
breakdown is displayed.
The scoring report indicates correct answers and incorrect
answers given for each question. These scores, if the required
score is met, can be sent to Challenger Corporation for fast
CME certificate fulfillment.
Our review method is so effective we even offer a Boards-Pass
Guarantee! That's comprehensive content and study with NO
RISK!

point-and-learn format. The review progression is designed to
allow quick navigation while providing a step-by-step
structure to enhance learning and retention. Read, view,

navigation is hard to find or confusing, navigating through
Challenger courses, sections, and topics is a breeze thanks to
Challenger's Interactive Viewer (CIV). Quickly jump to your
area of interest, topic to sub-topic, in a straightforward
outline form.
Find what you need fast. The CIV is graphically laid out to
provide large, on-screen selections for fast, easy navigation.
Entry into each content section opens the Interactive Viewer
Window where content is displayed. Topics list neatly down one
side. Want to switch topics? Just click the topic title in the
list. Practice,
Review, and Assessment tabs line the top of the window for
multiple content review options. To return to the main table
of contents, simply close the window
